Our data region policy is that any data submitted and processed for the Services membership application form and other member-related type of content, material or data submission is securely stored in Europe following GDPR data management compliant processes and software or data storage solutions. Any such data management and protection compliance is lawfully handled by our third-party service providers such as Mailchimp and Netlify.
Data will be stored for the shortest time possible and while it has a meaningful purpose or is a necessity for us to provide our Services. Data submissions and updates acquired from members through member applications and member content submissions will be deleted if and when the member no longer wishes to be part of our research group.
